Véria opened as a small atelier with one belief: a well-made piece, worn against the skin, should feel as considered as anything worn over it.
Véria started with a simple idea: women's clothing that fits well and feels good, without overthinking it. We pick pieces we'd actually wear ourselves, from everyday basics to things you'd wear out.
We're a small team based in Dubai, and we're still figuring a lot of this out as we go. What we won't compromise on is quality, good fabric, decent stitching, and pieces that hold up past the first wear.
We're not trying to be a big name yet. We're just trying to build a shop worth coming back to.

When you browse or order from us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and order history. If you pay by card, your payment details are entered directly into our payment provider's secure checkout — we never see or store your full card number.
We use this information to process and deliver your orders, respond to questions, send order updates, and, only where you've opted in, let you know about new arrivals, restocks, or promotions. We keep sales records as required under UAE tax law. We do not collect more than we need, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
We share the minimum necessary data with the parties who help us run the store: our payment gateway (to process payment), our courier/delivery partner (to deliver your order), and our hosting provider. Each is only given what they need to do their job, and none may use it for their own marketing.
We keep order and transaction records for as long as required under UAE commercial and tax law, and other personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Under the PDPL, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct it if it's wrong, to ask us to delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw any consent you've given us (for example, for marketing emails) at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [support email].
We will only email you marketing content if you've opted in — for example, through a newsletter sign-up — and you can unsubscribe at any time. This site does not currently use tracking or analytics cookies; if that changes, this policy and a consent option will be updated first.
We use HTTPS encryption on this site and route all payments through a PCI-compliant payment processor rather than handling card data ourselves.

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Prices are listed in AED and are inclusive of UAE VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through our payment provider. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment gateway; Véria Trading LLC does not store your full card details.
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout. Risk in the product passes to you once it has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, you're entitled to a free repair, replacement, or refund as set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

All content on this site — including photography, product descriptions, and the Véria Boutique name and logo — belongs to Véria Trading LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
To the extent permitted by UAE law, Véria Trading LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or delay in delivery beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts. You may also raise a consumer complaint with the UAE Ministry of Economy via their hotline (800 1222).

We want you to be happy with what you order. Here's how returns and exchanges work.
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in line with UAE consumer protection rules for online purchases.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, bras, bralettes, bodysuits, and swimwear bottoms cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Email [support email] with your order number and the reason for return within 14 days of delivery. We'll confirm whether the item qualifies and provide next steps.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping in full.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Store credit or exchange is also available on request.
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you — including for intimate apparel.
